GENERAL ENGINEER

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at ore equivalent to the DP-04/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) possess a broad and thorough expert knowledge of all aspects of aeronautical engineering, aircraft design, current state-of-the-art, mechanical and electrical engineering and trends in aeronautical technology, an engineering degree, preferably in either aeronautical, electrical, or mechanical; 2) expert knowledge of the source selection process, including applicable Department of Defense and Department of the Navy (DOD/DON) policies and NAVAIR procedures; 3) thorough knowledge of the systems acquisition process and systems program planning requirements, including applicable regulations and required program documentation; 4) thorough knowledge of the NAVAIR organization, and the responsibilities and interrelationships of the many NAVAIR offices. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
