Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience; 1) Selecting and using different and unrelated analytical techniques and methods relative to substantive agency programs; 2) Developing and/or recommending changes in funding and budget plans that may require revisions to substantive programs; 3) Resolve issues in work environments that continually change program objectives; 4) Resolving critical problems, and developing new theories concerning budget, accounting and financial management programs. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
