SECRETARY (OA)
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience receiving and reviewing incoming/outgoing correspondence and schedule directives. Experience tracking correspondence to assure smooth flow of workload and reports. Experience performing a variety of administrative support duties, such as making travel arrangements, arranging for large conferences and composing complex correspondence. Experience locating and assembling information for writing various reports, briefing and conferences to insure that various commitments made at conferences and meetings are met.
