INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-5/11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Defining organizational, occupational, and individual learning and developmental needs; 2) Determining the requirements for the revision of existing enabling training/instructional systems or development of new training programs of opportunities and reporting progress against such objectives and milestones; 3) Conducting detailed analyses of complex employee development functions and work processes and making recommendations for improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations; and 4) Planning, coordinating, and developing the instruments of instructional design based of the findings of the training needs assessment. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
