MANAGEMENT ANALYST

For this Management Analyst GS-343-09 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-07 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing analytical and coordinating assistance to an organization or command in support of the mission. Examples of specialized experience include:
(1) Applying working knowledge of the functions, processes and regulations of government purchase card program and methods used to procure mission critical items; (2) Utilizing management information systems (e.g. Milstrip System) to procure mission critical items; (3) Preparing end of month credit card reports and information for review by higher authorities; (4) Demonstrated experience in using office automation software, (i.e. Defense Travel System) and computer applications to accomplish administrative and other related work tasks; (5) Analyzing data collected through reviews, surveys, and other sources to evaluate management policies and procedures; and (6) Preparing and processing forms and correspondence such as evaluations, leave requests, and memorandums. OR You have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR You have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree. OR You have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
