LEAD SECURITY GUARD

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Performing security patrols as directed in accordance with security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per specific location requirements; 2) Providing physical protection of property, personnel, assets, and information; 3) Checking for damage, unauthorized entry, noticeable safety hazards, and the protections of command personnel and property; 4) Issuing temporary escort/no escort badges, which includes accessing databases for proper authorization of the visit requests, identifying the individuals to be properly badged, and maintaining required logs; 5) Completing end of day and end of week reports concerning all guard posts and patrols. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
