Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of Qualifying Specialized
Experience:
1) Collaborating with program managers and other management officials for the development of program guidance and requirements for development, test and evaluation, procurement and in-service operations of commercially supported aircraft programs; 2) Analyzing and evaluating major programmatic and administrative aspects of weapons systems acquisition programs; 3) Skill in applying knowledge to a wide variety of complex problems based on extensive practical experience; 4) Assuring that material procurements and services are in accordance with approved plans, agreements and contracts; 5) Knowledge of OPNAV and Navy Administrative regulations for Navy aircrafts. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
