INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER

The applicant is to provide a separate narrative statement which describes fully, but concisely, how his/her experience supports each of the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications. Each technical qualification narrative should not exceed 2 pages. Failure to address these specific qualifications in a separate narrative statement will eliminate you from consideration:
1. Ability to provide leadership for the transformation of Mission System technologies and personnel leading to battlespace dominance and lead change in areas where needed. 2. Capability to lead multiple and/or diverse teams representing Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) interests in Department of Navy (DON)/Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Systems and Aircraft Mission Systems Technology Development. Demonstrates an understanding of individual differences and how workplace diversity and inclusion correlated to the achievement of the vision and mission of NAWCAD. 3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in complex systems development, including but not limited to, activities in systems engineering, integration, design, analysis, and prototyping of Electronics Warfare Systems, Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR), Radar Systems, Photonics, Communication Systems, Electronic Combat Mission Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Software Development, and Open System Architectures. Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes while maintaining needed relationships. 4. Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Policy and Strategy for RDT&E solutions for development and integration of Mission Systems into Naval Aircraft. Knowledge of leading a diverse civilian organization. Applies innovative tools and process such as modeling and simulation, model based systems engineering and human capital management processes. 5. Ability to negotiate complex technical solutions within Mission Systems technical areas with major stakeholders with emphasis on positive discourse, mutual trust and respect. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
