PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (GS 12-13 or NH-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Management Analyst. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:
1) Programming, planning, and/or budgeting for the execution of environmental programs and/or to meet environmental compliance or readiness requirements; 2) Developing environmental documentation and/ or evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of environmental readiness, programs, projects, documents and/or operations; 3) Exhibiting skills of leadership in environmental projects that support acquisition and/or environmental compliance; 4) Writing policy or providing guidance and interpretation of environmental requirements; 5) Developing tools and/ or expert recommendations; and 6) Ability to work well with people at all levels within the organization even under difficult circumstances. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
