FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the performing the following duties:
(1) Demonstrated job-related experience with aircraft and laboratory electrical power systems that includes standard shore power, 400 Hz frequency converters, and Direct Current (DC) power supplies, industrial backup power generator and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), aircraft maintenance facilities containing Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) fire suppression systems, industrial cooling/heat systems, and laboratories containing complex cooling systems; (2) Providing a complete range of technical services in support of facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization; (3) Applying advance working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, e.g., trend, variance, regression, and cost benefit to analyze and measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs; (4) Managing projects, schedules, and costs in accordance with program objectives; and (5) Providing solutions to difficult issues pertaining to equipment, facility or service operations in support of organizational goals. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
