SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (GS 12-13 or NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following:
1) Directing and supervising the execution of all work efforts necessary to meet the requirements specified in the program charter and other authorizing documents from higher authority; 2) Developing and implementing management policies, controls, and operating procedures for overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the program during all phases of the life cycle; 3) Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives; 4) Directing the preparation of acquisition documents, specifications, and standards that define parameters of the program; and 5) Identifying program office and functional area support needed to meet program requirements. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
