LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
For the GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Provide knowledge in industrial operation, work in an integrated environment teaming with military, civilian, and contractor personnel and leads to propose and implement best business practice; 2)Implement business rules, processes, and policies to enable and regulate capability and capacity; 3) Apply knowledge in sustainment, capacity and capability management, and workload studies aimed at establishing capability to support warfighter requirement; 4) Develop briefs on program status that justify significant departures from established logistics management practices and procedures; 5) Apply logistics concepts, principles, and practices to solve complex challenges or problems; 6) Collaborate and communicate with all levels of personnel across organization boundaries on potential issues that may impact capability establishment/management across the FRCs.
