FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

For this Financial Management Analyst GS-0501-01 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-07 Grade Level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:
(1) Formulating budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities; (2) Reviewing and evaluating budget requests; (3) Controlling and reporting obligations and expenditures; and (4) Developing, determining, and interpreting budgetary policies and practices. OR You have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR You have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree. OR You have successfully obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
