GENERAL ENGINEER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DP-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Professional ability to apply engineering knowledge is defined as the ability to (a) apply fundamental and diversified professional engineering concepts, theories, and practices to achieve engineering objectives with versatility, judgment, and perception; (b) adapt and apply methods and techniques of related scientific disciplines; and (c) organize, analyze, interpret, and evaluate scientific data in the solution of engineering problems. Experience:
1) Providing technical expertise to stakeholders, customers, and higher authorities on aviation program policies and instructions as associated with aging aircraft system Test & Evaluation (T&E) subjects; 2) Coordinating developmental test (DT), contractor test (CT), and operational test (OT) program requirements to ensure adequate resources for T&E execution; 3) Maintaining program office master test schedule and metrics to monitor and integrate test issues across Integrated Test Teams (ITT) or an organization; (4) Functioning as a liaison with others to ensure that aviation program needs are addressed and program goals are met; and 5) Maintaining and monitoring the budget requirements of an aircraft and weapons systems testing program. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
