FMS Management Analyst, Senior

We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.   We are currently seeking a FMS Management Analyst, Senior to support our Pax River customer. The associated effort has been successfully awarded and is scheduled to be executed in March 2019. The FMS Management Analyst, Senior supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Supports the determination of the decision to release information regarding program objectives or information.   Minimum Education Requirement: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline. A PMI certification and an additional two (2) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management can be substituted for an MS or MA degree.   Minimum Experience Requirement: Over 10 years of experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. A demonstrated working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS is required. Experience with identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) is required.   Candidates must possess a current clearance.    Precise Systems, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
