FMS Program Analyst

Duties to include but are not limited to: o Assists with developing, coordinating, and staffing all acquisition documentation to support all FMS procurement and support activities. Tracks all acquisition documentation (statutory and regulatory) progress and advises the IPT Lead of potential delays and provides recommendations. o Provides interpretation of all statutory/regulatory/policy acquisition documentation updates. Initiates PID, reviews for content and accuracy, updates and tracks to completion. o Provides NAVAIR Contracts procurement process expertise and support to IPT Leads. o Provides support for the preparation, coordination, and post evaluation of program management meetings, conferences, and technical reviews. o Manages the timely receipt and response of actions assigned to include: congressional inquiries, data calls, budget drills, action items, and program status updates. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Allowable Substitutions: Four additional years of experience related to major weapon system acquisition requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. A postgraduate degree in a business, management, engineering, or related discipline will be considered equivalent to four years of FMS experience. o A minimum of 5 years combined experience in domestic and FMS in program management and acquisition support, with a minimum of 2 years FMS experience. o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. o Demonstrated understanding of financial management policies and procedures as they apply to the execution of weapon system acquisition and the application of financial management as a tool for managing contracts and developing the requisite documents (e.g., spreadsheets, spend plans, brief sheets, draft responses/reclamas/impact statements, data call responses, etc.). o Demonstrated written and oral communication skills commensurate with technical role are required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
