Advanced Missile Defense Systems Engineer / Orlando, Florida

Job Description :
Lockheed Martin is looking for experienced systems engineers with a minimum of an active security clearance to work on the development of high-performance missile systems in Orlando, Florida. We have many openings and this posting is to capture interested talent in all levels of experience.
Skills and experience should include one or several of the following:
Design, coding, maintaining and running simulation models of missiles and/or airborne sensor systems including 6-DOF performance analysis, trade studies, pre-flight predictions and post-flight reconstruction;
Radome designer for airborne applications. Perform design trade studies, material selection, mechanical design for radomes in the frequency ranges of VHF through W band. Generate designs that meet the constraints of aerodynamics, RF and required signatures.
Servo Design Engineer focusing on Servo Development, Analysis, Trades, and Integration. Control systems engineer to design precision gimbal stabilization and control for airborne electro-optic (EO) sensor system.
Detection and tracking algorithm development and verification
Sr. Control systems engineer to design precision gimbal stabilization and control for airborne electro-optic (EO) sensor system. Develop model of closed loop control and gimbal mechanics for new sensor system. Define the control architecture and evaluate design concepts for performance
Radar/RF Engineer responsible for Electronic Surveillance (ES) Radio Frequency / Anti-Radiation Homing system design, integration, test, and evaluation.
E/O Infrared Analysis and design
GNC Design
Electronic Warfare
Applicants should have a solid understanding of one or more of these disciplines and strong programming skills in C++, MATLAB or FORTRAN. Experience with guided missile systems is preferred.
