Job Description:
Responsible for overall administrative logisticsfunctions for Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) of the NAVAIR PMELPMO, as follows:
Will identify logistics areas for processimprovement and cost savings to ensure expectations are met. Collaborate withassociates to improve efficiency, productivity and processes. Responsible formaintaining, tracking and analyzing all inbound shipments, including workingwith carriers and providers. Responsible for preparing statistical data forcontract negotiations and participating in negotiations. Responsible forlogistics budget center; maintaining cost analysis reports. Lead the analysisand provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns,and inventory. Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems andprocesses for the tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis. Providingreports to management; inventory, distribution, freight, shipping. Perform additional duties as directed bySupervisor.
Required Skills/ Experienced:
Proven record of honesty and integrity in allrelationships.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.
