Engineering Technician V (Lab Operations) Active Secret Clearance Required
PSI Pax is currently recruiting for an Engineering Technician V (Lab Operations) to support our government customer in Patuxent River, MD.
Functions:
Provides operation and maintenance support for simulation stations and supporting equipment
Sets up and configures simulation equipment for test and training sessions
Performs basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of simulation systems and supporting equipment
Maintains schedules of simulation sessions, including resources used and required configuration
Operates simulation systems during test, training, and demonstration events
Provides technical support to project engineers and simulation customers
Experience:
US Citizen
Active DoD Secret Clearance
At least ten (10) years of experience with the operation and maintenance of simulation systems
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Technical training in simulation, simulation technology, or electronics. Allowable substitute for technical training: two (2) additional years of Engineering Technician experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
