These positions are located in the Integrated Project Management, Cost Department, Research & Engineering Group. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD and Arlington, VA. The Cost Department provide people, processes, tools, technical knowledge and facilities necessary to provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of Life Cycle Cost and their attendant uncertainties to be used in developing, acquiring and supporting affordable Naval Aviation Systems.

Provide Cost Department Customers with cost products that are accurate, timely and consistent and meet Cost Department policy, procedures and processes.
Perform analyses for systems in all phase of the life cycle and involve state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing techniques.
Provide timely and quality analysis of contractor reported cost and schedule data from the Integrated Project Management Report in accordance with Cost Department Processes and Toolkits to support Project Management decision making.
Serve as the focal point for coordinating Earned Value Management contractual reporting requirements in accordance with DODI 5000.2 to include Statement of Work input and Contract Data Requirement List items.
Provide scheduling expertise in the development and maintenance of government Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and other schedule related products in accordance with Cost Department Processes and Toolkits.

Creditable specialized experience includes one or more of the following: 1)Establish a schedule baseline that reflects project critical path and monitor and report variances to the baseline to program leadership; 2) Ensure scheduling principles, processes, techniques, and tools are applied properly thereby ensuring that all schedule products are accurate, timely, and consistent; 3) Establish and maintain business rhythms for schedule development and maintenance in accordance with Department Best Practices; 4)conducting reviews, validation and analysis of Integrated Project Management Report with implemented contractor Earned Value Management System.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
