This position is located in the Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Two Three (VX-23), Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) within the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, located in Patuxent River, MD.
You must be a US Citizen. Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal & Regulatory Guidance. Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation. Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period. You must obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Monitor facility-operating programs/projects to measure progress toward reaching objectives effectively and economically.
Identified actual or potential problem areas, trends, significant accomplishments, deficiencies, and areas of imbalance.
Executes, analyzes, and reviews facility plans; informs supervisor of potentially controversial issues or problems.
Gathers information for management's use in developing and carrying out various phases of programs and projects.
Conducts surveys and on-site investigations regarding facility adequacy.
Applies facility management practices, techniques and methods in gathering, assembling and analyzing facts; draws conclusions; and recommends solutions to problems.
Represents the Command in facilities meetings, and provides oral and written presentations to managers.

Creditable specialized experience includes: 1) working in a facilities management role being responsible for managing, planning and overseeing all facility related items to include assessment and acquisition of new spaces, maintenance and renovation of existing spaces, special equipment, technical design requirements, transportation requirements and environmental protection for new and legacy aircraft; and 2) experience in making recommendations to higher level management on trends and problems to identify and implement solutions to aircraft facility operations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
