Job Description
Under the direction of the Contractor Program Security Officer of F-35 Special Access Programs, this individual will assist in analyzing, organizing, planning and controlling the functional security responsibilities of one or more Special Access Programs under their preview. In this position you will work Special Access Programs (SAP) as the Assistance Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and will use your ability to work more than one SAP at a time. You will be heavily involved in security training for Special Access Programs, OPSEC and other security related activities. You will be required to complete security reviews of SF86 and complete PAR forms for program access. This position may require occasional travel.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience. - Experience working Special Access Programs (SAP) as the Assistance Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or PERSEC Programs and the ability to work more than one SAP at a time. - Thorough knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include International Requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures. - Must have a current Secret clearance with an investigation date within 5 years and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. Must have a good working knowledge of the Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) Manual or National Industrial Security Implementation Manual (NISPOM) and Industrial Security related manuals.
Desired skills
ITAR experience desired. - Strong interpersonal skills are a must. - Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Excellent writing skills. - Microsoft office suite. - Leadership qualities. - Ability to multi-task.
