This position is located in the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Corporate Operations Group, Human Resources Department, Patuxent River, MD.

Responsible for the preparation and dissemination of materials for the NAVAIR Leadership Development Program (NLDP)
Coordination of facilities and training material for the NLDP
Tracking and reporting of NLDP training completion and associated metrics
Prepare a variety of reports and written materials
