Job Description
Performs maintenance and inspections on ITF Support Equipment and other assigned items. Diagnoses and troubleshoots defective items and components. Enter data into CMMS as labor and tasks are performed. Must be able to read blue prints, schematics, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a thorough understanding and working level of knowledge on Aerospace Ground Support Equipment. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Possess a working level of knowledge on Maintenance systems such as Electronic Maintenance Instructions and Aircraft Forms. Must be knowledgeable on Tool Control, FOD, HAZMAT, Training, and Security Programs. Must be able to attend training and be certified on the equipment that will be supported. Possess an ability to work in a diverse work culture and environment. Must have and hold a valid Drivers License. Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired skills
Previous Support Equipment maintenance at a flight test program or military aircraft organization. Must have previous mechanical history.
