Responsible for having the skill for engine shop production requirements and ensuring quality standards are met for the overhaul and repair of the F135 Engine. This maintenance requirement will include engines installed in the F35 Aircraft as well as uninstalled engines in the back shop environment. Communicate maintenance information to team members through coordination with Technical Leads, Immediate Supervisor and Site Manager. Interface and coordinate with various other functions (Quality, Local FSR's, BEM's, Customers; Navy, Marines LMAC etc.) to resolve issues and ensure timely product delivery. Complete, on a daily basis, the work priorities and assigned day-to-day tasks to Individual and/or team members. Perform the work necessary to build, test and inspect Pratt and Whitney F135 gas turbine engines. As required, work with Flight Test engineering to improve methods to build engines and related component test hardware. Provide related support for engine test programs and associated projects. TYPICAL DUTIES: Investigate problems and make repairs or modifications as necessary. Perform a variety of related duties in support of engine programs. Act as a full team members or employee training and learning to achieve Engine Mechanic or Sr. Engine Mechanic status. Perform routine maintenance of support equipment. Obtain and maintain operator permits or certifications as required to perform additional tasks in support of Flight Test business objectives and/or to develop the advanced skills. Handle process related waste in accordance with approved documented work instructions.
High School Diploma or GED required Experience in the tear-down, build-up or inspection of jet engines. Strong communication skills. Work overtime as required. Ability to lift heavy objects. Good interpersonal skills in dealing with others in diverse work environment. Be self motivated and a self starter.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to use computer, Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, and Word). This position requires an individual who is detail oriented. Accuracy in work performed is a must. Must have a secret clearance, or the ability to acquire such a clearance.
LOCATION: Patuxent River Naval Air Station
SHIFT: Must be willing to work all three shifts if required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
