_General Functions: _
Assist in developing and maintaining a state-of-the-art test facility in support of the NAWCAD, NAST, other DoD services, and other activities as directed.
Responsible for administration of various operating systems and computer hardware supporting ATR Communications Network.
Provide authoritative and detailed computer system information and connectivity to Range instrumentation engineers and technicians both within NAWCAD and at other government agencies and industry.
Intimately involved in various aspects of design, installation, validation and accreditation of numerous networking protocols, interfaces, applications and technologies.
Administer and maintain classified and unclassified computer communication systems and networks at ATR.

_Other Experience, Skills, Requirements, and Information:_
The incumbent of this position is an entry-level analyst in range network communications, requiring knowledge of system technologies including Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, Windows 7, and Virtualization.
Additional skills in Microsoft SQL Server, syslog, Cisco switches and routers, security equipment, network monitoring software, ACAS, HBSS, STIGs, scripting, and patching and scanning desired.
Should have at least three (3) years' experience designing complex networks.
Security + certification required, other 8570 related and Microsoft certifications desired.
Good working knowledge of electronics applications concepts, principles, and practices obtained through progressive experience with data communications.
Knowledge of DoD and Certification and Accreditation (C&A;) process, network and computer security policies and practices related to test range operations is highly desired.
Overtime including nights and weekends required.
Linux and networking experience a plus.
_Education Required:_
High school diploma or equivalent. Post high school technical training in computer programming or systems management highly desired.
_Clearance Requirements:_
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and hold a Top Secret Clearance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
