_Duties and General Functions: _ Acts as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on program and contract administration issues. Supervises program operations by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages acquisition and employment of program resources. Manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements.

_Experience, Skills, Requirements, and Information:_
Ten (10)yearsprofessionaltechnicalexperiencethatreflectsthefollowing:
Eightyearsspecializedexperienceinthedevelopmentandevaluation/testingofmajorweaponssystems. ExperiencewithNavyand/orMarineCorpssystemsispreferred.
SixyearsdemonstratedProgramManagementexperience leading a diverse team of approximately 70 T&E; professionals comprising engineers and technicians. Itisdesiredthatthis experienceincludesmanagementofsubcontractorefforts.
QualityAssuranceexperienceincludingISO9000programs;andlifecycleplanningandcosting experience.
_Education Required:_
Bachelor''s degree in an applicable engineering or scientific field from an accredited college is required. A postgraduate degree is desired
_Clearance Requirements:_
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and hold a Secret Clearance.
