Job Description
The Engineering Solutions Directorate of AMERICAN SYSTEMS is looking for a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) in program management and analysis at Patuxent River, MD. The qualified candidate will need a strong background in fixed and rotary wing aviation, mission planning systems, and DoD processes and best practices. The applicant will be responsible for supporting aviation operations including acquisition, development, support, and delivery. The candidate will provide support in developing and monitoring project budgets and Team Work Plans (TWP). The candidate will be expected to collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to develop and track spend plans, prepare financial reports, and support foreign military sales (FMS) requirements
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor s Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline.
Required Experience /Skills
5 +years of experience managing personnel and programs.
Working knowledge of NAVAIR financial management systems and processes.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Required Security Clearance: Ability to obtain aDoD Secret Clearance
