Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Summary Odyssey Systems is currently seeking a Systems Engineer at Pax River.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Systems Engineering Department (SED) is tasked to perform systems engineering, acquisition engineering leadership, and technical analysis in support of Naval Aviation and Weapons Program technical baseline development via systems engineering technical domain efforts in the areas of Research and development (R&D), integration, testing, production, deployment, and sustainment.
This includes direct systems engineering support on specialized systems engineering technical domains throughout the full lifecycle of a weapon system from concept development to disposal and is applied to all Naval Aircraft(Tactical, Vertical Lift, Maritime, UAVs, Targets, and advanced weapons), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and support systems.
Position is contingent upon contract award Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited Performs programmatic or technical leadership roles in an organization identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems; guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems; employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of advanced complex systems; and, when appropriate, conduct research in applied systems engineering to advance the field.

Active Secret Clearance Education:
Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
A Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree.
These four (4) years of experience are in addition to the required minimum of ten (10) years to meet the experience requirements below, requiring a total of fourteen (14) years of experience.

At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in an engineering position, three (3) of which must be directly related to DoD systems.
Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
