Summary:
The FMS Deputy Case Manager will have a pivotal role in supporting and delivering the acquisition, development, support, and delivery of the Navy's Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance Aircraft for a government customer.
The individual will work in tandem with other teams, ensuring alignment with the Navy's objectives and maintaining high standards of FMS processes.
Performs acquisition, analytical and critical program analysis, administrative functions, technical and business analysis.
Other Duties:
Acquisition Support:
Assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of FMS acquisition projects.
Work closely with program managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Navy's strategic goals.
Budgeting:
Oversee and manage budget allocations, projections, and reports for FMS cases.
Coordinate with financial teams to ensure accurate and timely budget utilization and adjustments when needed.
Case Management:
Aid in the development, management, and execution of FMS cases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to stipulated terms.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders on case details, updates, and modifications.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on case progress, budgeting, and other relevant metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data.
Collaboration:
Work in close coordination with internal departments and external partners, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure adherence to U.
S.
regulations and standards in all FMS transactions.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect FMS processes.
Minimum
Qualifications:
(3) Three years' relevant experience supporting FMS, Case Management, or related program Experience with drafting, reviewing, and tracking Production and acquisition documentation Relevant technical experience in program management, financial planning, and analysis Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be a U.

Citizen Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus Prior experience supporting a government contract, especially within the defense sector Solid skills with Microsoft:
