We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, MDin providing maintenance, help desk, desktop, and user support to Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS) Division classified and unclassified Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network resources in support of Identification Systems, Counter Unmanned Aerial/Aircraft System (C-UAS), and sub-systems to support the Division's role in providing rapid product solutions to satisfy customers' requirements in all phases of the project life cycleRequired Education, Experience, & Skills oMaster's degree in a technical discipline, or computer science, or IT discipline(Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a Master's degree) oTen (10) years' experience in all facets of computer support, such as troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and maintenanceExperience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systemsManage the set-up and configuration of systemsoExperience with computer networks, maintaining virtual local network (VLAN), troubleshooting computer network problems, data backups/restore, IT security principles, and resolving application problemsPerform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitationsExperience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systemsoUnderstanding of systems requirements related to Unmanned Aerial Systems (Preferred)Required Certification oCompTIA Security
