Overview:
JHNA is currently seeking a talented Systems Administrator to support NAVAIR initiatives in Patuxent River, MD.
Roles/
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users Provide technical assistance to computer users.
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network system Perform maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
Optimize the functionality and performance of hardware and software systems Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and capabilities Respond to unexpected or unauthorized service interruptions and outages Diagnose software and hardware failures to resolution Implement and ensure security preventive measures are fully functioning Required Qualifications/Skills:
Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline.
At least five (5) years of experience in system administration COMPTIA Security
or other DOD INST 8570 compliant qualification required.
Knowledge of networking principles, theories, and concepts and ability to contribute to the development of new and innovative principles and concepts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
