Overview:
AVIAN is seeking a Sr Program Logistics Manager to support the execution of an advanced development and research programIndividual will Work with program teams to integrate program Logistics requirementsSupport the development of acquisition and logistics documentationServe as the Logistics focal point for coordination of logistics program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution processAnalyze manufacturers proposals as permitted by law and regulationDevelop, execute, monitor, and report status on program efforts including analysis of logistics dataServe as the Logistics focal point for program technical execution, coordination, risk identification, and communication of concerns / issues with program management and technical leadershipSupport and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of program execution and recommend modifications to processes for program activitiesWork with the team leads to develop out-year planning for requirements / capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilitiesTravel (20-30%) is required for this position
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education:
Associates Degree in a relevant business or technical discipline from an accredited college or universityExperience can be substituted for education
Experience:
Candidate must have at least ten (10) of DoD Logistics experience and a thorough understanding of the DoD military platform logistics requirements from cradle to grave.

Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe productsCandidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environmentCandidate should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skillsCandidate should have experience in coordinating data calls / briefs across multiple stakeholders while maintaining configuration version control and managing complex program schedules?Clearance Requirement:
A current SSBI or Federal Investigative Standard Tier 5 (T5) or Tier 5 Reinvestigation (T5R) within the last 6 yearsA final DoD Top Secret clearanceEligibility for access to Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704 and Special Access Program (SAP) in accordance with SAP Nomination Policy (SAPNP) with no disqualifying security issues that will deem a candidate ineligible for accessWork Location:
Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD Recommended Skills Adobe Microsoft Office Program Management Risk Analysis Risk Reduction Sap Applications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
