Candidate must possess o ver 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to NAVAIR aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsRequired
Experience:
At least three to five years of Small Tactical (Group 1 through 3) UAS knowledge and experienceKnowledge and expertise in advanced sensors and PayloadsKnowledge and expertise in U/D-UNS, Request for Forces (RFF), Top Level Requirements (TLR) and JUONS processes and policies; knowledge and expertise in UAS ISR Systems; knowledge and expertise in the integration and installation of UAS aboard various USN vessels (or similar vessels)Position Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyzes requirements, status, budget and schedulesPerforms management, technical, or business case analysesCollects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTracks program/project status and schedulesApplies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
