Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectivelyMay provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area, such as logistics, financial management, configuration/change management, talent management, or in a specific technology areaOther duties as assignedMinimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3
years relevant experience OR Associate degree and 5
years relevant experience OR High school diploma or GED and completed military service with relevant training with 5
years of experience OR High school diploma or GED and 5
years of relevant experience and hold a relevant technical certification Active Secret clearance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
