Summary:
The Program Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations and is responsible for all work performed under the Regional Multi-Domain Awareness Capability (RMAC) contract, whether the work is performed by our client or subcontractor team member personnel.
The PM maintains clear and regular communications with the ACC/AMIC Program Office provides leadership and direction to the entire RMAC team and makes programmatic and administrative decisions.
Responsibilities:
To obtain corporate resources so the PMO Team, OCONUS teams, and all contractor teammates can complete the mission as set forth in the PWS in a responsive, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent people skills and sound judgement.
Computer literary, ability to use Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and briefing skills.
Capable of succeeding in cost controls, budgeting, scoping, planning, estimating,procurement, scheduling, change management, tracking, Contractor dispute resolution, andleadership.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 10 years managing operations related to sensor systems in remote overseas locations with minimal infrastructure, unreliable power, and extreme environmental conditions.
5 years of managing software development programs.
Experience must include managing or executing Foreign Military Sales cases.

degree with focus in engineering, computer science or another technical field.
