We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Junior to support our PMA 207 Patuxent River, MD, customer.
Duties of the position include the following:
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Develops program acquisition documentation, such as PIDs, SOW and CDRLs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules utilizing NAVAIR AMS tools, including PMT, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and CDRL Tool.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Utilizes MS Teams.
Required Education:
Junior - AA/AS degree.
Education Substitution - Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.
Required
Experience:
Junior - less than three years' experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired
Experience:
Working knowledge of NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT).
Experience providing critical program management support for major DoD acquisition systems with multiple appropriations and multiple type/model/series aircrafts and/or systems.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
