SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST

Overview Bowhead is seeking Senior Program Analyst Planner for a proposal supporting FMS Logistics Sustainment Services contract.
Responsibilities Knowledge in all aspects of program development and execution, such that the individual can adeptly analyze challenging and vexing technical and program management problems and recommend insightful and innovative solutions.
Ability to work independently in the performance of analysis for major programs is required.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree in the Arts or Sciences from an accredited college or university is required.
Two (2) years of experience in field related areas may be substituted for one (1) year of college.
Eight (8) years of field related experience will be considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
A master's degree in the Arts or Sciences may be substituted for two (2) years of professional experience.
In addition to the Bachelors/field related experience, a minimum of twelve (12) years of recent experience in program analysis is required.
Experience shall include providing continuing program analysis and assessments, of varying depth and scope, of all program schedule, milestone accomplishments, technical objectives, test results, program financial planning and status, and program risk management.
The quality of experience is considered very important in assessing candidates for this position, particularly to the extent it reflects a track record of instituting meaningful and innovative change.
The candidate shall demonstrate a proven record of success performing credible program analysis and developing worthwhile recommendations for improving program management.
Written and oral communications skills commensurate with the technical role are required.
This is a key personnel category.
Physical Demands:
Office Environment - - The environmental conditions consist of computer stations and desks with adequate and adjustable lighting.
Chairs are designed to fit the various individuals and the tasks being performed.
Ergonomic evaluations are completed as needed, to provide up to date modifications to all work stations.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level.
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
