We are currently seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support Subsonic Subscale Aerial Target (SSAT) team in Pax River, MD.
The incumbent is responsible for the management of the SSAT Integrated Product Team (IPT) within PMA-208 Aerial Targets Program Office.
The incumbent provides acquisition support, program management support, CDRL management support, and risk management support to PMA-208 in accordance with DoD's acquisition process.
The incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for SSAT but is responsible and accountable to multiple Level II IPT Leads for day-to-day operations.
The incumbent supports the IPT Leaders in policy, approaches, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition management practices within the PMA organization.
Performs coordination with IPT Leaders and program management personnel to ensure compatibility between acquisition planning /management requirements and activities and technical and programmatic initiatives.
The incumbent is responsible for the acquisition documentation for the SSAT, including but not limited to RDAIS quarterly and ADHOC reports, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategies, Justifications and Approvals (J&As), Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), Certificates of Urgency (COUs), and Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs).
Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating events and documents leading up to all ACAT milestone decisions and in support of site activations.
The incumbent is also responsible for leading all Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRBs), Acquisition Strategy Meetings and the Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
In addition, the incumbent will support the Configuration Manager and Data Manager in areas of CM, CDRL tracking, and assisting with the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and interfacing with the APMSE and APML.
Required Education:
BS/BA Degree.

Experience:
0-3 Years of Experience.
Allowable substitution:
6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
