This position is primarily telework and will be supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).

SharePoint/ Power Platform Developer Position Location :
Position located in Patuxent River, MD 20670.
Telework will be allowed, however, the successful candidate will need to visit the customer site at Patuxent River, MD 20670 (St.
Mary's County Maryland) for occasional meetings ( 2-4 times per month).
Therefore, we are seeking candidates within 90 miles of Patuxent River, MD 20670.
Daily Responsibilities :
o Perform the full range of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, test, deployment, and support within an Agile project environment for custom SharePoint-based web applications.
o Research, provide consultation, and design SharePoint solutions to meet customer requirements.
o Design, develop, and test custom SharePoint applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
), the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other supporting technologies (e.
g.
, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
o Create, deploy, maintain, test, and support Power Automate Flows.
o Create, deploy, test, and maintain custom SharePoint pages using the standard SharePoint User Interface or SharePoint Designer.
o Research, troubleshoot, and fix SharePoint site issues.
o Develop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO) sites.
o Assist in SharePoint site administration.
Required Degree/Certifications :
o High School diploma or GED is required.
o BA/BS and three (3) years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- AA/AS degree and seven (7) years of experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- High School diploma and nine (9) years of experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.
o BA/BS or AA/AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications :
o Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing support for MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power BI) applications.
o Experience gathering requirements from management and technical personnel and developing appropriate solutions.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.
o Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).
Preferred Qualifications :
o Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
o Experience with React JS application development to include the use of the REST and/or Graph API within the SPFx.
o Active SECRET clearance.
Required Clearance :
Secret or Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
