KEY FUNCTIONS Be resilient and ready to research a variety of digital tools, develop insights and devise an action plan to get team to the end goal Strategic communication planning to support client strategies and outreach activities Create customer experience and communications strategies Prepare presentations and develop print materials to support client communications Able to present in front of large groups and develop training curriculum Coordinate projects between accounts, digital strategy and design teams Manage projects, set and meet deadlines and communicate deliverables status to clients Work with the design studio to conceptualize and execute visual design artifacts customer engagement and needs assessment as it relates to Flank Speed Microsoft 365 Suite of Tools engage with customers to understand their business processes, goals and challenges identify opportunities for leveraging the flank speed Microsoft 365 tool suite stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft 365 conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the effective use of 365 create user guides, documentation and best practice materials to support customers in their adoption of Flank Speed QUALIFICATIONS Active DoD Secret Clearance Required Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Communications, Marketing or Business Minimum of 2
years professional experience Excellent client-facing skills, including ability to communicate both public Strong written communications and editing skills, marketing or public affairs work a strong plus Ability to collaborate productively in large interdisciplinary teams Ability to multi-task, take on several projects, meet deadlines, organize, and communicate effectively Strong knowledge in principles of graphic design, information layout, and presentation Proficient use of Microsoft 365 products and their capabilities such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps Knowledge or experience working with DoD clients is a plus Recommended Skills Business Processes Communication Customer Experience Customer Relationship Management Editing Graphic Design Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
