The Mission of PMA-261 is to develop, deliver, and sustain effective, suitable, affordable, and timely H-53 heavy lift capability and readiness for the warfighter throughout the program lifecycleAnalyst is responsible for directly supporting the Government Furnished Property (GFP) team within the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT)Works with the team to forecast, develop and execute comprehensive buy plans for (14) systems with (12) managing activitiesTracks/manages funding documents, contracts, delivery schedule, logs receipts (using a variety of systems), and reports schedule delaysRequirements:
o Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.
SCitizenship is required.
o This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel away from your permanent duty station requirement to assess GFP inventory.
o This is not a full telework position; in person, attendance is required regularly/on a schedule as directed by leadershipDuties and
Responsibilities:
o Assist with the management of cost and schedule requirements/initiatives for all CH-53K GFP products and related processes.
o Analyze managing activity contract award and delivery schedules to identify potential cost & schedule impacts to the production line and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.
o Develop, prepare, and coordinate routing of funding documents for procurement execution.
o Assist in development and justification of funding projections for the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP).
o Track contract award and delivery receipt for all GFP systems; utilize various Government systems to organize and file all related documentation.
o Participate in review and tailoring of Request for Proposal (RFP), and Statement of Work (SOW) on contracts, attachments, and other documentation with the internal team.
o Work with USMC and International teams to develop, create, and maintain GFP Attachments in accordance with policies and procedures established by cognizant authority.
o Assist in various meetings and provide minutes as required.
o Participate in Physical Inventory of all sites annually with team, consolidate, and update inventory records.
o Work with managing activities to arrange Repair of Repairables as needed; identify appropriate funding and complete all required paperwork; coordinate shipment and track through to completionRequired
Experience:
o Must have a minimum of (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in this Position Description, with at least (5) years demonstrated experience supporting NAVAIR specific programsDesired Skills and Knowledge:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)o Proficient with the AMS Suiteo Proficient with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)o Advanced communication skills, program management experience, and overall proficiency in logistics and data management/analysis for tracking cost/schedule/deliveries.
o Experience analyzing FMS requirements and assessing impacts to Domestic effortsRequired Education and/ or
Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree plus 3-10 years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, minimum (5) years supporting NAVAIR specific programsORo Associate's Degree plus (10) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, minimum (5) years supporting NAVAIR specific programsORo Over (10) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, minimum (8) years supporting NAVAIR specific programsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDue to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.
