We are currently seeking a Project Analyst, Journeyman to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.
The Project Analyst will support PMA 275 Production IPT, NAS in Patuxent River, MDIn this role you will be an integral member of the Government Furnished Property Management, supporting IPT initiatives, and providing business and technical analysis.
Duties:
Tracks program and project statuses and schedules Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules Performs management, technical, or business case analyses Collects, organizes, and interprets technical and financial data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management This position may require the ability for minimal travel Experience with interpreting Excel workbooks and making recommendations for USG property disposition Familiarity with Government Furnished Property management, Navy ERP and WAWF, and Naval Aviation Maintenance and Material control procedures is preferred.
Required Education:
BA/BS degree.

Experience:
Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the function description.
Desired
Experience:
Proficient with using the AMS.
Familiar with ACAT level programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) forms related to Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
Demonstrated experience managing program/projects status, scheduled, SOW and CDRLs.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
