We are seeking a Flight Clearance Management Analyst, Senior, to support our Patuxent River, Maryland customer at the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262).
Functional Description:
The Flight Clearance Management Analyst, Senior, applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Responsibilities:
Generate, document, staff, and release USN Interim Flight Clearances.
Able to use E-Power to generate and staff airworthiness documentation.
Develop chop sheets for flight clearance review and approval.
Process NATOP/NATIP documentation.
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Required Education:
Senior - MA/MS degree or allowable substitutions.
A bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Six (6) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Experience:
Requires more than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
