We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the BQM-177 Team at PMA-208.
Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to confront problems and be vocal.
This individual will be assisting our Government IPT lead in managing many aspects of the target.
Attention to detail is a required key skill to succeed in this position as well as the ability to capture, clearly articulate, and communicate the challenges seen at the vendor level to the entire Weapons Systems team.
Day-to-day activities and requirements include the following but are not limited to:

Assist in Cost Schedule Performance of BQM-177 SW Updates.

Management of SW IDIQ Contract
Assist in leading Pre-ECP Package Fielding
Coordination of PPC/SOW of follow on Pre-ECP CLS/ES CDRLs procurement.

Assist in Coordinating Requirements in PPBE
Operate in an Agile Program Management Environment
Assists program managers and IPT to formulate short-term and long-range program plans.

Coordinates planning interfaces to include meetings and telecons on a regular basis with officials within the program office and in the competencies as required by the program manager.

Adapts program planning to meet changing conditions.

Ability to use qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of program progress.

Ability to learn DOD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Program Management Tool (PMT).

Ability to prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials for internal and external customers.

Ability to foster positive working relationships with peers and superiors, both military and civilian.

Ability to communicate and defend ideas, orally and in writing.

Ability to enter data to include risk, issues, opportunities, and mitigation burn down plans and, document updates in the Risk Management Tool, and enter the IPT's requirements and track the requirements with key stakeholders.

Have knowledge of MS Office products to include MS word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel and an ability to learn MS Project.

Ability to maintain an IPT action tracker and get status and updates from various stakeholders.

Ability to document new IPT actions items and document project progress and status to completion.
Required Education:
MS/MA Degree (Bachelors Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Masters Degree) Required
Experience:
At Least 10 years Experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
