Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Functional Duties:
Work with government, contract personnel and vendors to support the TDM network along with IP transition telecommunications support in association with Lucent Technologies 5ESS (5 Electronic Switching System) digital switching system.
Maintain and monitor daily activities of 5ESS and perform simple and complex 5ESS switch translations for moves, adds, changes and deletes (MACDs) of ISDN and Analog lines utilizing the Trunk Line Work Station.
Support the 5ESS switch equipped with System Signaling Seven (SS7) telecommunications trunking to the public switched network.
Interface with the various telephone related vendors such as Verizon, AT&T, Lucent, Ventraq, Callware and others to schedule and track the installation of new services and/or maintenance of system connections, services and equipment.
Experience Requirements:
Has at least 10 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.
At least 3 years of the 10 years of experience must be within the last 5 years (or) Holds a Associate Degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position and has at least 15 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
At least 3 years of the 15 years of experience must be within the last 5 years.
Must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance Recommended Skills Maintenance Public Switched Telephone Networks Telecommunications Integrated Services Digital Networks Vector Graphics Electronics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
