Model Based System Engineer
OverviewAVIAN is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to provide program office support.

ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate can:
Develop design models utilizing model-based engineering tools and practices to support enterprise systems engineering activities.
Able to work with existing design models.
Coordinate and oversee OEM modeling efforts.
Trace related analytic models and results to enterprise tools supporting requirements definition, CONOPS development, architecture design, risk analysis, scheduling, change requests and verification, validation, and test.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, math, computer science, or other technical disciplineBroad Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering applications and technologyIntermediate/advanced knowledge and experience with SysML, or UML for behavior modeling and simulationExperience with CAMEO systems modeler or MagicDraw collaborative software applicationsMust be a US citizen with active TS clearance and capable of receiving TS/SCI clearance.
Our entire AVIAN workforce is required to comply with the Executive Order 14042 requiring employees to be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 no later than 8 December 2021.
An employee will be considered fully vaccinated when at least two (2) weeks have elapsed after the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 series or at lease (2) weeks have elapsed after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccineSDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
