Senior E-2 Engineering Technician

KBR has an immediate opening for a Senior E2 Engineering Technician.
This position provides support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST) Department in Lexington Park, MD and Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.
The position supports the E-2 Systems Test and Evaluation Lab (ESTEL).
The ESTEL is a Hardware-in-the-loop integration lab, with software simulation/stimulation assets that provide live and simulated inputs onto mission systems sensors.
The ESTEL provides the E-2 Integrated Test Team (ITT) with an environment to enable flight rehearsals, test development, troubleshooting, training, data reduction, and analysis.
The ESTEL aircraft systems include an E-2D flight bench as well as real mission computers and flight avionics.
The ESTEL also includes a 100 ft Antenna Tower for RF test range connectivity.
RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will provide engineering and integration support for new and legacy systems in ESTEL.
Responsibilities include maintaining and integrating government furnished equipment (GFE) and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment for the E2C and E2D platforms, such as Mission Computers, display units, communication systems, antennas, and datalinks.
BASIC
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with E-2 aircraft electrical and avionics equipmentKnowledge of fiber optical use and repairTwo (2) years of formal Electronics Training OR completion of military electronics trainingProficient with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic, and spectrum analyzers.
Experience with developing Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings for cabling and systemsExperience in fabricating and installing system and network cablesA Secret clearance is required with ability to obtain at Top Secret Clearance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
