Title:
IT Database Administrator Must be experienced with the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). (E-2 experience a plus). Responsibilities will include creating E-2D, specific preference files and testing of E-2D specific files on Aircraft during ground events. Coordinating testing of E- 2D Joint Mission Planning System on aircraft. Manage Software configuration for the Mission Systems software including loading and configuration of Mission Computer and Display software. Candidate will be responsible for System software configuration verification on aircraft. Will be required to provide Network File System (NFS) support for upgrades in the E- 2D. Support the Mission System team with test data down load, reduction and analysis. Assist in the management and archiving of Mission System data collected during flight test. Coordinate the Data Analysis and tools for the Systems Integration Lab (SIL) and the E-2D flight test Integrated Test Team (ITT). Provide support to the instrumentation team with data reduction and archiving of flight test data. Support will include the E-2D team with data analysis and mission planning. Provide general flight test support for the Mission Computer and Mission Display upgrade to the E-2D by providing technical input to the Program Engineering and software team. Other duties may include:
Assisting with writing and review of JMPS test plans and with the writing and review of NAVAIR Flight test discrepancies. Provide technical input to Detail Method of Test (DMOT) and Test Matrix, and creating Test Cards. Assist the flight test team with security documentation and tracking during detachments. Provide support as required to resolving system integration issues on Aircrafts. Support the Mission System flight testing with trouble shooting issues on the Mission System Computer of the E-2D. Provided support to the mission systems aircrew during flight test. Manage the AHE-ITT aircraft discrepancies in the AHE Discrepancy Tracking. Represent the AHE-ITT at AHE Program Discrepancy Review Boards for engineering review of aircraft hardware and software issues. Assist with the continued development of the E-2D program Discrepancy Tracking Database requirements and implementation of those requirements. Requirements:
CompTia certifications is required. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5
years of experience. Experience can be used in lieu of education. Active Secret Clearance is required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
